Natural Remedies for "Constipation"
Because Pears fruits are rich in dietary fiber such as pectin, and dietary fiber helps to open up the intestines which help in making bowel movements easier and thus help in preventing and treating constipation.
Pears juice contains 6.5% fructose and 1.3% sucrose and, fructose
does not get absorbed in small intestine, while being fermented in the large intestine, and works similar to dietary fiber in preventing and treating constipation.
According to the study published in the U.S. national library of medicine, consumption of pears may improve gut health and prevent constipation; being a rich source of fructose and sorbitol pears fruit can be used as a natural remedy for constipation in infants and children.

How to use:

To relieve constipation, have one cup or 235 ml of juice, every day in the morning with empty stomach. Do not add any extra sugar and try to include the pulp as well. You can also add some herbs and spices such as cumin, cinnamon, fennel etc. These herbs and spices will help in flushing out toxins from the digestive tract and colon.
